These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Aurantium Software ("Aurantium Software," "we," "us," or "our"), the provider of the Aurantium ERP and resource planning platform ("Aurantium" or the "Service"). Aurantium is a product of Aurantium Software. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service.

Aurantium Software provides Aurantium, a unified enterprise resource planning and manufacturing platform for regulated batch manufacturing. We may update, improve, or modify the Service from time to time. Final terms covering licensing, access, and acceptable use will be published here.

3. Accounts and access.

Access to Aurantium is provided under a separate written agreement between your organization and Aurantium Software. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service.

4. Intellectual property.

Aurantium, the Aurantium logo, and "Aurantium Software" are trademarks of Aurantium Software. All rights in the Service and its underlying software are owned by Aurantium Software and its licensors.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Full warranty disclaimers and liability limitations will be set out in the final version of these Terms.
